Market risk
Providing liquidity means holding both your token and ETH. If the token's price moves, the vault ends up holding more of whichever asset fell (impermanent loss). Liquidity provision can lose money even when fees are earned.
Execution risk
Swaps pay pool fees and price impact. Guardrails bound how much the executor can trade per swap and per day, but every trade within those bounds is at market prices and can be unprofitable.
Smart contract risk
Vaults interact with Uniswap v3, the Uniswap v4 PoolManager and WETH on Robinhood Chain. Bugs in any of these contracts, in the Agent M vault or factory, or in the chain itself could cause loss of funds.
Volume maker turnover
Volume maker alternates buys and sells. Both legs count toward estimated ETH turnover; this does not measure profit or independent demand. Each swap incurs pool fees and price impact and can reduce working capital. The estimate counts submitted input at spot, so partial fills can underdeliver. Duration, daily caps, price checks and available inventory may stop execution before the target is reached.
Hook risk (Uniswap v4)
A v4 pool's hook is third-party code that runs on every swap and liquidity change. Vaults swap on any hook, with each swap's output checked against the reference price, but a hook can still charge fees up to those bounds. Liquidity is only placed behind hooks that can't block or tax withdrawals, or that Agent M reviewed; a review is not a guarantee. If a hook refuses to release a position, the rest of your funds still withdraw and that position stays in the vault.
Reference price
On v4 the vault keeps its own reference price that follows the market slowly. After a fast real move the executor waits until the reference catches up, so strategies can pause for several windows. New v4 vaults wait one window before the executor may act.
Operator risk
The executor key is a hot key. If it were compromised, the attacker could only trade on your vault's pool within your guardrails and could never withdraw; the protocol owner can halt the operator for every vault in one transaction.
Agent risk
Plans are proposed by an AI model and validated against a strict schema, but the model can misjudge a market. Read the plan, its guardrails and its hash before you sign; you are approving exactly that plan.
Fees
10% of every ETH deposit is sent to the Agent M treasury in the deposit transaction and is not refundable, except during the 0% fee promo (Oct 21, 16:00 UTC to Oct 31, 16:00 UTC): the fee of every ETH or SOL deposit made then is refunded from the treasury to the vault owner's wallet. WETH sent to a vault by plain transfer pays the same 10% when the executor first uses it. Tokens you send to your own vault are not charged: the agent trades them with the rest of the vault, which means selling them as well as buying. Plans on linked contracts and Solana vaults pay the rate their contracts set, which can never exceed 10%: Agent M can lower it or run a promotion, a plan on linked contracts never pays more than the rate shown when it was created, and a Solana vault's later deposits pay the program's rate at the time. The setup page shows the rate before you pay. There are no other fees.
